Our client has gone from a $20M $50M company in 3 years. Big growth! This well-funded and established company has offered hardware and software to the public transportation sector for years, across Canada and the US.
To control this growth and ensure for a happy work force and strong customer experience, the time has come to add to their sales team.
We are looking to hire business development focused representatives to handle inbound leads and leads generated by the Vancouver based field sales team, through trade shows.

The details of this career opportunity :
Work with a collaborative and warm sales manager to set targets
Engage with new and existing customers across North America; target audience being : decision makers for municipal transportation sector
Map your territory and efficiently work a pipeline of prospects and core clientele
Converse with this group through : targeted phone calls, email communication
Maintain an active Salesforce database of target customers and core clientele
Expectations to work Eastern timezone work hours : 6 : 00AM to 2 : 30PM

What makes you qualified :
2+ years of sales experience
Track record to support an intelligent way of running a sales process and passion for people
Humility and ability to sell to all levels; C-level to lower level decision makers
$45,000 $50,000 base salary plus competitive commission plan of $15,000 to $20,000
