  • About our client :

    Our client is a seeking an experienced payroll and benefits coordinator to work as a key member of the operations team and supporting executive leadership.

    You will be a high energy individual with the ability to mange conflicting timelines and responsibilities. The role requires a tenacious individual who will go over and above to deliver and is excited to be part of a scaling business.

    Required experience :

  • This role requires 2-3 years’ experience processing payroll and benefits for a mid-sized (yet fast growing) business.
  • Ability to payroll 100+ professionals in North America and Europe.
  • Listen to staff payroll queries and resolve in a timely manner.
  • Set new staff up on benefits platform, claims, create monthly reports, paperwork should someone leave the business.
  • The ability to track and reconcile vacation days for staff.
  • Good understanding / appreciation of the technology sector.
  • MS Excel Ninja / Payroll systems experience / Net Suite
