    The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) Lead contributes to the success of PepsiCo Beverages Canada by maximizing volume and revenues in their territory by creating on-

    going, positive relationships with their customers. This broad leadership role provides the opportunity to coach and develop a team of sales and distribution representatives and empower them to win in the Marketplace.

    Through flawless activation of PepsiCo initiatives, the TSM Lead consistently ensures their team has all the necessary tools for continued success.

    Key Responsibilities Include :

  • Maximize volume and revenue in a defined territory
  • Coach and lead a team of sales professionals on selling and display execution, effective order management, and merchandising standards
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key customers in the region
  • Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance
  • Effectively lead overall warehouse operations through consistent product availability, warehouse productivity, inventory, asset preservation and reliability and cost reductions efforts
  • Ensure the team delivers volume and revenue results while managing costs
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree and / or a minimum of 4 years of previous food and beverage Sales experience
  • Previous consumer packaged goods experience
  • 2 years minimum fact-based direct selling experience
  • Previous people leadership, preferably in a sales environment
  • Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency
  • Solid oral presentation skills required
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle
