Commerce & Digital, North & Central America, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following :
Works closely with the Director, Campaign Management, E-Commerce, Revenue Management and regional sales team to ensure effective marketing campaigns are developed that drive revenue and room nights for the properties
Coordinates the execution of all global and regional digital campaigns that apply to the eco and mid-scale brands. This includes input on strategy and tactical planning for all digital tactics including email display as well as ensuring all tactics are tested and thoroughly reviewed
Liaise and build relationships with all related AccorHotels departments at global and regional headquarters, including but not limited to : Relationship Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand & Marketing Programs, Revenue Management, Sales and the key contacts at the property level
Secures best visibility possible for all campaigns through the emails managed by the Relationship Marketing team
Become the subject matter expert and the key regional contact for MagnetMail, Adobe Campaign and other AccorHotels tools
Oversees the creation of campaign related landing pages with the Manager, E-Commerce (Content) and the Web Content teams in Paris
Manage both the media and creative agencies and ensures that all campaigns are executed on time and within the allocated budget
Monitors budget allocation across brands, campaign performance and optimization
Reviews daily, weekly and quarterly reports for display & email campaigns creating new creative strategies while constantly optimizing performance
Manages the website affiliate program within the region
Manages Google, TripAdvisor and Yelp listings for all Eco & Midscale properties in the region.
Minimum of 5+ years of digital marketing experience
Bachelor level degree in Business, e-Commerce, or Marketing preferred
Hospitality experience is a plus
Demonstrated knowledge of planning and execution of digital marketing activities
Thorough knowledge and understanding of all Digital Marketing tactics, tools and analytics
Experience working with creative agencies and managing project budgets
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Results-driven with an eye for detail
Ability to travel extensively as required
Google Analytics certificate preferred
