The Challenge : Digital Media Specialist
Your mandate :
Be in charge of the media campaigns, including ad placement, delivery, evaluation, the coordination of content, contracts / agreements and all other pertinent documents
Manage the purchase of keyword campaigns and banners (e.g., on Google Adwords, Bing Ads)
Manage campaigns on social media (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter)
Oversee the placement and the execution of Display media campaigns on various networks
Ensure all advertising is uniform and functioning properly
Define the strategy to distribute digital media for our various campaigns
Collaborate with the Strategists and the Creative team during the creation, follow-up and optimization of digital campaigns
Do A / B testing of the CPL in our campaigns and suggest improvements
Create weekly and monthly reports to track key metrics (CPL, CTR, Conversion Rate, etc.), monitor the budget and all other initiatives in the Marketing campaigns
Analyze the campaign results, optimize the results to improve performance and propose new recommendations for keywords, campaign structure, targeting and other facets
Stay up to date with new PPC trends, advertising in social media and on media buying networks
Use various tools (CRM, Google Analytics, Marketo, Power BI) to track campaign performance and ensure campaigns are optimized
All other tasks related to the department’s needs
Your profile :
Minimum of 2 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role
University diploma in Marketing or eCommerce or any other pertinent training
Solid experience in digital marketing, both Search and Display
Thorough knowledge of Google Analytics and Adwords
Knowledge of advertising on social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Bilingual, (English / French), both oral and written
Excellent communication skills, oral and written
Ability to synthesize complex campaign results in concepts that are easy to understand
Curiosity and good analytical sense
Strong interest in the Web and its development
You have the following technical knowledge :
Google Analytics and Adwords certifications
Microsoft Dynamics CRM
