Our client is one of the world's largest multinational power and utility service companies.
We currently have an available contract assignment for an Administrative Assistant which will be responsible to provide administrative support to the General Manager as well as to other members.
If you have experience with :
Must be fully bilingual in French and English
Update all administrative documents : organizational chart, trombinoscope, birthdays, cellular & telephone list, etc.
Coordinate business travel including flights, accommodations and car rentals for the General Manager, the Environmental Health & Safety, Finances and Engineering departments.
Maintain absenteeism and vacation reports for General Manager, EHS, Finances and Engineering departments.
Ensure secretarial duties for General Manager, the EHS, Finances and the Engineering departments. Establish and maintain relationship with external suppliers : caterers, translators, etc.
