Our client, a leading global management consulting and executive search firm, is looking for a proactive, reliable, and hard-

  • working Administrative Assistant . Reporting directly to the Partners of the firm, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks including;
  • project coordination, executive assistance, and providing general administrative support.

    The ideal candidate is able to navigate through a stressful and pressurized environment, while maintaining a high sense of confidentiality and business acumen.

    Responsibilities :

  • Actively participate in various team meetings and provide follow up information on related projects and tasks with real time status updates
  • Maintain relationships with external parties as a liaison to create trust and confidence
  • Update and schedule client meetings and other tasks in partner’s calendars
  • Format, obtain approval and oversee delivery of advertisements to appropriate channels
  • Follow up with suitable actions to ensure recruitment statuses of all relevant parties have received proper finalization
  • Maintain and organize files, candidate information, and databases
  • Arrange and fulfill Partner’s business requirements and travel arrangements
  • Attend to in / outbound inquires via phone and in person
  • Provide general administrative support, including; client / candidate refreshments, reception duties, and ad hoc tasks as assigned
  • Requirements :

  • Degree is required in business administration or related field
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Highly proficient in MS Office Suite; specifically, MS Word
  • High sense of business acumen, self-starter personality, and ability to anticipate needs
  • Ability to communication with all levels of an organization
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent grammar, spelling and vocabulary skills coupled with previous experience creating informational correspondence
  • Ability to work with a high degree of confidentiality with a high degree of professionalism
  • Bilingualism is an asset
