Customer Service Representative

Today, we are seeking a dynamic individual who possesses : excellent communication skills, superior customer service experience in a call center environment, and strong computer proficiency to join our Customer Service Team in New Westminster, BC.

As a member of our customer service team, you will be delivering front line customer service support for our food industry customers located across Canada.

We will provide you with a comprehensive training program that allows you to work at the highest level of efficiency.

Your goal as a customer service rep is to delight customers. Specifically you’ll :

Dispatch drivers and vehicles to routine and emergency grease trap cleaning

Address customer inquiries about their accounts, schedules, and services

  • Follow up with customers who need extra information or attention, ensuring each one gets what they need
  • The best customer service reps are organized and detail-oriented they can create complex dispatch plans in an efficient way.

    The following qualifications will help you stand out :

    Bilingual (English and French)

    Experience in a customer service role

    Experience in inbound or outbound calling or call centre

    Exceptional telephone etiquette coupled with active listening skills

    Experience in scheduling, routing and dispatching trucks around the Lower Mainland is strongly preferred.

    Proficient computer navigation and keyboarding skills

    High school diploma or GED

    Practical Stuff

    This is a full-time, permanent role where you’ll work 7 : 30am- 4pm Monday to Friday.
