Our well established growing private sector client is looking for a Software Support Engineer who thrives on helping clients.

You will be working as part of the project management team providing expertise and support to customers. This requires someone that really enjoys solving customer problems, troubleshooting and working in a team environment.

Responsibilities :

  • To be a strong team-player
  • Meet customer service deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Multi-task with minimal supervision
  • Provide guidance, training and support when required
  • Demonstrate strong problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Background :

  • Software development experience in Java (server side), scripting, PL / SQL and Oracle
  • Understanding of UNIX and web development
  • Strong troubleshooting of code and communication skills
  • Customer oriented
  • College Diploma or University Degree
