The Switchboard Operator is responsible for the smoothtransition of telephone communication within the company.
Answering high volume of inbound calls and maintaining a swiftresponse rate
Maintaining and updating the list of availability of staff continuouslyto receive incoming calls both internally and externally.
Understanding and responding effectively to addressed requests over thephone
Establishing and maintaining efficient working relationships withsupervisors and co-workers so as to have knowledge of daily store events.
Impressive telephone etiquette.
2-5 years’ experience as a switchboard operator.
Great communication skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Able to deliver excellent customer service, externally and internally.
Able to react effectively and calmly in emergencies.
