As a Senior Project Manager - Social Purpose Products & Services, leading the Health for Good™ program, you will shape the strategy and manage the implementation and operationalization through strategic partners.
Collaboratively partnering with the TELUS Health team, you will coordinate the efforts of a small but high performing matrixed team to improve the social health of our communities and drive positive human outcomes.
In this regard, we are leveraging the power of technology to deliver better health outcomes for all Canadians, in particular the nearly 300,000 who face homelessness each year and the barriers associated with accessing traditional medical care as a result.
The introduction of Mobile Health Clinics, powered by TELUS Health, are the result of innovative partnerships between TELUS, community partners, and health authorities working together to ensure people who are marginalized have access to healthcare that meets their unique needs.
Providing thought leadership on delivering shared value to marginalized populations, communities, and TELUS by leveraging transformational health technology
Developing the program evolution strategy and oversee the governance model
Collaborating with TELUS Health teams to identify opportunities to leverage new product and service innovation to further our social impact goals
Transforming strategy into flawless, cross-functional execution and managing progress to deliver on-time and on-budget
Developing and fostering strong and collaborative partnerships with not-for-profits, government agencies, and health authorities to expand the footprint of Mobile Health Clinics coast to coast
Managing the operationalization of sponsorship agreements, including securing support from Sales, Government Relations, Product & Service Development, Marketing Communications, and Creative Design
Collaborating with community partners, Marketing Communications, and Public Relations teams to communicate our vision, celebrate our impact, and drive awareness of the TELUS Health brand and goals
Leveraging the social impact of our Connecting for Good™ portfolio (Health for Good, Mobility for Good, Internet for Good) to enable Government, Media & Public Relations efforts
Leading the development of an impact scorecard to assess long-term outcomes on both patients and the health care system stemming from harm reduction and proactive health care outreach
Coordinating seamless internal and external marketing / communications plans to inspire a diverse breadth of target audiences

Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Health Sciences or related discipline
Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree
