In this role, you are reporting to the Lead Hand and / or Production Manager.
Job Purpose : To ensure a safe and quality food product is produced in an efficient manner;
Key responsibilities and accountabilities :

Oversee all recipe preparation, batch mixing and cooking process.
Gathering and measuring materials and supplies for batches
Following SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures)
While following standard procedures it will be required to operate various equipment and instrumentation in a safe manner with little supervision.
Ensure all documentation is complete including; all batch sheet and production data GMP quality standards.
Adhere to safety and quality protocols including Wearing hairnets, safety glasses, covering and protecting exposed materials.
Oversee sanitation at the end of the shift and between products, respecting Allergen Policy.
Responsibility for food safety : Responsible for reporting food safety problems to direct supervisor or SQF Practitioner who will initiate appropriate corrective action.
Aptitude for math, mechanics and dexterity
Strong verbal and written skills
Must possess the physical ability to lift and move between 15-30 lbs
Abide by all quality policy and procedures
Diligent record keeping
