We are seeking an for a new opening we have at our Vancouver Keefer Clinic who will work alongside our Office Manger supervising the daily administrative operations of our clinic.

We are looking for a highly organized individual who fully understands the office management procedures and has experience leading a team of administrative professionals.

The goal is to ensure all support activities are carried out efficiently and effectively to allow other departments to function appropriately and ensure a smooth and adequate flow of information across our clinic and our national organization.

Location : 181 Keefer Place, suite 230, Vancouver BC V6B 6C1

Start date : ASAP

Other duties and responsibilities may include :

  • Supervising a team of administrative staff
  • Client reception and customer service management
  • Assisting with staff performance and providing coaching and guidance
  • Expense and petty cash processing and control
  • Assisting with accounting controls and reporting
  • Ensure a smooth and adequate flow of information within the company
  • Ensure open office communication at all times
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material while paying close attention to budget constraints
  • Assist with organizing and supervising other office activities
  • Keep up-to-date with all organizational changes
  • Ideal candidate will have the following :

  • BSc / BA in business administration or relative field
  • Prior management / supervisory experience
  • In-depth understanding of office management procedures
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Health care and medical terminology considered an asset
  • At least 1 year’s experience with scheduling, hiring and training
  • Accounting experience an asset
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Good time management skills with the ability to manage several time sensitive tasks at any given time.
