As a Senior Project Manager, you will bring cross functional teams together to solve business problems. You will utilize your talents in project management, facilitation, presentation skills, product development methodologies, and structured problem solving methods to ensure we deliver great products and services to our customers.

Your collaborative nature, risk management mindset, and process orientation will be integral to your success. You’ll also team up with friendly, supportive internal partners in prototyping, development, and support to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.

  • Oversee multiple projects end-to-end and ensure proactive implementation of appropriate methodologies and risk mitigation
  • Offer guidance for best practices in Project Management to achieve results and maintain deliverables
  • Champion process improvement initiatives to ensure projects are completed effectively and efficiency under strict deadlines
  • Qualifications

    You're the missing piece of the puzzle

  • 2 years’ of experience of proven Project Management experience with a focus on client experience, defining focus on the strategic value of a project, and a passion for driving process improvements within your projects
  • Experience delivering on complex solutions, while making the case for intelligent trade-offs between delivery time / quality / scope and cost
  • Technical inquisitiveness and the ability to get into the details of a solution to the degree that you can own the solution as a business prime
  • Ability to effectively communicate, sell ideas and influence without authority and across a wide range of both working level and senior management stakeholders
  • Solid interpersonal skills and self-awareness with the ability to give, take and act on, feedback in a positive way
  • Great-to-haves

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) designation
  • Experience with process redesign, Lean / Agile, Six Sigma
