What is the opportunity?

Flexibility to work until 8 : 00 pm.

Will rotate on calls after 8 : 00 pm when required.

24 / 7 work environment.

As the Manager, Travel Claims & Assistances, you will be responsible for the managerial activities related to a 24 hour multilingual travel & claims assistance contact center along with the co-

ordination of operational activities.

Managerial activities include developing, coaching and engaging the Travel & Claims Assistance call center staff.

You will also focus on enhancing customer experience as well as assisting in resolving client concerns / issues

What will you do?

  • Build employee performance and engagement by leading, coaching, evaluating and developing staff
  • Monitor and respond to Customer Satisfaction survey results to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Identify and participate in improvements to enhance the customer experience
  • Participate in the implementation of new business or relaunches of existing lines of business
  • You will support our external and internal clients throughout the life of a policy and claim.
  • What do you need to succeed?


  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Travel or Claims Assistance
  • Sound knowledge of the insurance industry
  • Proven people management, leadership or coaching experience
  • Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Flexibility to work until 8 : 00 pm.
  • After 8 pm, will rotate on calls if any emergencies.


    Post-Secondary education or the equivalence

    Call Centre experience, an asset

    Bilingual (French & English) an asset
