As the Manager, Travel Claims & Assistances, you will be responsible for the managerial activities related to a 24 hour multilingual travel & claims assistance contact center along with the co-
ordination of operational activities.
Managerial activities include developing, coaching and engaging the Travel & Claims Assistance call center staff.
You will also focus on enhancing customer experience as well as assisting in resolving client concerns / issues

Post-Secondary education or the equivalence
Call Centre experience, an asset
Bilingual (French & English) an asset
