The education. A degree in Engineering or equivalent.
The experience. 5+ years experience leading, building and managing teams. Expertise in product design for manufacturability including fabrication, molding, machining and finishing products.
The technical knowledge. Hands-on experience using modern 3D design techniques, SolidWorks in particular. Expertise working with sheet metal, Injection Molding and Machining.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite including Excel and Access.
