We have offices in San Diego, Orange County, Detroit, San Paulo, Mexico, Dublin, Montreal and Toronto, and we’re still growing.
We want to find that dedicated Account Manager who works in close partnership with the Field Sales Representative as well as service and technology teams to deliver on our promises.
However, we’re picky. We require a client-focused mindset, solid account management experience, and a strong personal commitment to getting it done right .
As an Account Manager, your primary responsibility is to retain and grow revenues from automotive dealer clients. There are three critical relationships you will expertly build and evolve :
Relationship with your clients portfolio :
You take on the day-to-day supportive and leading role, working directly with your clients to maintain all products and services delivery promises, ongoing communications, addressing website or digital marketing needs, gathering feedback, preparing website / campaign reports and analyses, helping to uncover opportunities or risks and upselling services to foster client development.
Partnership with your Marketing Services and Technology Team members :
You are responsible and accountable for all of the deliverables, working closely with our teams to provide accurate, timely information, campaigns preparation and roll outs, while ensuring the schedule and budget are maintained
Partnership with your clients :
Get to know your clients’ business; what’s important to them, their challenges, their opportunities, their market, their competition and their priorities in order to effectively collaborate with internal partners to recommend strategies and tactics that deliver measureable results
Intake customers’ web site needs at account inception and continually thereafter; level set needs and expectations within technology limitations and practicality
Review campaign strategies at new account inception and continually thereafter to ensure content is optimized for all marketing tactics, strategy and performance include Search Engine Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Programmatic Media (Display Advertising), Facebook advertising, and Local Search.
Ongoing review of campaign metrics to ensure performance is consistent with goals and expectations
Prepare monthly reporting packages that demonstrate the value provided and recommendations for campaign growth
Continually communicate with the client to determine web site and marketing needs, feedback, business challenges, successes and opportunities
Remain aware of account risk signals and execute appropriate save tactics
Routinely, and as needed, execute web site-related enhancements, changes and fixes
The ideal candidate will possess the following :
Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of related account management experience in digital marketing, internet management or technology
Automotive client experience or experience working in a dealership is preferred
Bilingual in English and French is required
Demonstrated experience working with multiple digital marketing tactics, ability to interpret metrics and recommend campaign enhancements
Ability to quickly learn existing systems / structure and identify appropriate workflow and metrics in new system
Superb problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Detail oriented and ability to multi-task
A collaborative worker, capable of creating and maintaining a positive work environment that delivers results
