Our Go-To-Market Project Management team supports everything we do from product launches to online projects to internal-

focused initiatives; there is a meaningful project for everyone. This particular role focuses on our Enterprise (EBU) as well as our wireless portfolio.

What you will be doing

  • Partnering with all key stakeholders (including Product, IT, Network, Sales, Operations) to develop and deliver project scope, schedule and manage costs while keeping the customer experience and business case in mind at all times.
  • Building the overall project schedule incorporating and integrating cross functional technical and non-technical teams’ schedules then managing the end to end launch against that schedule
  • Managing Channel readiness, including marketing, communications and call centre readiness to ensure a great customer experience and timely launch
  • Driving applicable project artifacts such as integrated plans, RAID logs, risk management plans, dashboards, etc.
  • Validating the project plan at key intervals with cross-functional primes for alignment and proactive management of projects risks, issues and actions
  • Actively managing and reporting on project status in a clear and concise manner, including bringing decisions / approvals through applicable governance forums in a timely manner to drive project success
  • What you have

  • 5+ years end to end project management or facilitation experience in medium and / or large organizations or consulting firms
  • Proven communication, presentation and leadership skill set from working level to executives (influencing, negotiation, facilitation, decision-
  • making, problem-solving) within a project management environment

  • Working experience in Telco, preferably B2B and / or wireless technology industry projects or programs
  • PMP certification required
  • Knowledge in JIRA, Agile (including scrum master) and business analyst skills ideal
  • Shift : Day
