    Your main responsibilities :

  • Meet business development objectives by offering solutions tailored to your clients' overall needs
  • Answer calls and take orders to buy and sell investment instruments
  • Ensure that service and operational quality standards are applied and that compliance and risk management rules are followed
  • Qualifications

    For us, it's important that you :

  • Have experience in sales or business development
  • Have customer service experience
  • Have completed (or complete immediately after hiring) the Investment Funds in Canada (IFC) course or the Canadian Securities Course (CSC)
  • Be bilingual , both spoken and written (English and French); essential
  • Have a college diploma and 3 years of experience or a bachelor's degree and 6 months of experience
