The Dell Financial Services (DFS) Inside Sales Representative role involves identifying opportunities and adding revenues for Dell Financial Services via Dell EMC Sales Representatives or Partner Channel Representatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for finance, lease or consumption based solutions via Dell Financial Services for direct business via Dell EMC or indirect selling via Partners
  • Achievement of sales and profitability KPI’s. Increase volume and consequently penetration of leasing and consumption based solutions within Dell EMC
  • Establish credibility in the division and display knowledge and empathy with the Dell EMC sales teams and their managers.
  • Work with Dell EMC management to agree appropriate strategies, penetration rates, incentives and training requirements in order to drive business growth
  • To coach, train and develop Dell EMC Internal and External sales executives to the standards set by DFS
  • To meet and review performance levels with Sales managers ensuring objectives are set and agreed
  • Essential Requirements

  • Proven track record of achievement in a dynamic, target driven environment
  • Strong knowledge of financial products, for example, loans, financial and operating leases
  • Strong knowledge of the IT industry
  • Account Management skills, must be able to demonstrate an ability to develop business relationships and handle complex deals and structures
  • Strong business acumen, must understand the sales process, roles and responsibilities of the interrelated functions of the business, the competitive environment and can read, report, evaluate and react to metrics & measurements
  • Preferred Undergraduate degree and 3-5 years relevant experience
  • Desirable Requirements

  • Fluent Written and Oral Communication - English and French
