Brief Description

Summary : Supports Savers vision by providing proactive and intuitive executive administrative support to the CIO, IT Infrastructure Director and IT Architecture and Data Management Director.

This role will also perform various department operational duties and take part in special projects.

Detailed Description

Essential Job Functions :

  • Provide executive-level administrative support to the Chief Information Officer, IT Infrastructure Director and IT Architecture and Data Management Director, including calendar management and travel coordination.
  • Interact with management, administrative support staff, and department colleagues in a credible and effective manner.
  • Assist other IT Team Members in communications and assist or lead projects that are needed for the organization.
  • Manage external contacts for CIO and Directors proactively understanding who they are, who are the priority contacts, and keeping track of periodic communication needed for priority contacts.
  • Manage CIO and Directors’ travel arrangements and proactively coordinate the pre-planning of trips with various internal functions, including arranging appropriate travel, visas, agendas and necessary contacts, country information, meeting materials and other necessary preparations;
  • process expense reports and reconciling corporate credit cards.

  • Anticipate the executives’ needs and proactively bring together appropriate people and resources to support them in addressing issues.
  • Handle and dispense information of a confidential nature on a timely basis.
  • Assist in meetings, planning, and note taking.
  • Responsible for essential IT business functional duties including process ownership for vendor contracts, new hire processing, maintain IT files, time reporting administration, domain and SSL Certificate management.
  • Work independently on complex projects with minimum supervision; exercise appropriate level of judgment on completion of tasks, responses to inquiries, and follow through to closure on deliverables.
  • Manage front desk and mailroom at Renton location.
  • Readiness to perform other assignments as requested.

  • Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
  • Ability to occasionally reach overhead
  • Minimum Required Education, Training and Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or IT Sciences, or a combination of education and experience that yields the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
  • A minimum of 5 years administrative experience in an IT or technical setting, in a medium to large (150-200) corporate environment.
  • Supervisory experience a plus.
