Well established company is looking to hire an Architect to their Surrey office up to $100k.
Your new company
This company is very established and has been around since 1968. They are employee owned and have a total of 115 people in their various offices within the Lower Mainland.
They are in expansion mode and operate their projects in Alberta and BC. They do commercial, residential, industrial, and urban planning projects.
They are looking for an Architect for their expanding architecture team within their Surrey office.
Your new role
You will be working on a variety of projects with the expanding architecture team to ensure that all projects will be delivered on time and on budget.
You will be working on a variety of projects as this company is extremely multidisciplinary and works on commercial, industrial, and residential projects.
You will also be actively engaging in new business development and nurturing existing clients. You will be assisting with developing and maintaining professional relationships with clients.
You will be working to coordinate the numerous interdisciplinary project teams and ensure all deliverables meet the standards of the organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Architect with strong design, project management, and leadership skills. You will be registered with AIBC and have at least 5 years' experience working as an Architect in Canada.
You will also ideally have LEED accreditation and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will ideally have experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and be well versed in AutoCAD with at least a basic understanding of Revit.
You will be experienced interacting with clients and managing relationships.
