    What is the opportunity?

    The Intermediate Business Systems Analyst - Application Support Tier II is a key member of the IT Operations team that provides operational and project support for a variety of COTS, SaaS and custom software applications and other technical solutions.

    The Intermediate Business Systems Analyst Application Support analyzes and resolves application specific IT incidents, service requests and problems.

    They also provide business systems analysis skills and expertise to application and technology change projects.

    Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology and (2) years of related experience in a business systems analyst role; OR
  • Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline and (3) years of related experience in a business systems analyst role; OR
  • Certificate and (4) years of related experience in a business systems analyst role; OR an equivalent combination of education, training and (5) years of related experience in a business systems analyst role; and
  • 2+ years recent, related experience in a business systems analyst role responsible for supporting software applications and / or developing functional specifications for information system changes.
