University Preparation (UP) provides a full range of core high school courses that are prerequisites for college or university programs, skills-
training programs, apprenticeship training or technical institutes. These courses are offered in an exciting university environment with quality instruction and individualized attention to help ensure success.
Applications are invited for sessional UP positions in the Department of University Preparation to teach English 30-1 courses.
Courses are offered daily in 90 minute teaching blocks and follow the McEwan University Calendar. We are currently seeking one candidates with recent experience and qualification to teach in the area listed above.
Requirements to teach in University Preparation include a Bachelors of Education and / or a Masters in one of the areas of instruction listed above as well as experience teaching adult learners.
Candidates should possess strong practice knowledge and skills; and enthusiasm for teaching adult learners who are focused on academic preparation.
