The details of this career opportunity :
Our client is looking to expand their design team to improve throughput, as a result, they need a trust worthy leader to handle their project design flow
Plan the design team strategy and execute on the company’s action plan; as a manager level employee, you will be part of the day to day project decision making
Play a part in big presentations and design process the need to present and create on the fly is mandatory
Maintain strong relationships with and be the main point of resource for : internal team, clientele and suppliers
Play an active role in attracting A players to the company and play a part in training and development across your team
What makes you qualified :
5+ years of experiences as a : CAD tech, facilities management, interior design, architectural technologist or core design department member
Career growth minded professional with an eye for design, standards of excellence and some analytical ability
Customer-centric mentality with a passion for : design, furniture, and interior spaces
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced team environment acting as a team player and displays sound judgement (good decision maker)
Track record in : project management, relationship management, process improvement
