Our client, a leading Natural ealth Foods company is looking to hire a Sales Representative to join their growingCanadian team to cover the GTA North region.

The Sales Representative is responsible for thesales, service and education of Company’s products and programs to independentand key account retail locations within the territory.
The Sales Representative works in conjunction withthe Regional Sales Manager to accelerate the sales growth of the Company and tostrengthen relationships in assigned accounts.
What will you grow?
Daily on-site visits to retail locations within the territory establishing and maintaining relationships with key personnel
Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals and training; maintain up-to-date sales tracking documents, manage coop budgets and strategic planning
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Participate actively in new products launches and promotions. Ensure optimal merchandising and proper POP materials placement
Provide continuously product and brand education, coordinate store events with Company’s educators and product specialists team
Attend consumer shows and trade shows (occasional weekends throughout the year)
What tools do you need?
Post secondary education with minimum of two (2) years’ experience as an outside sales rep within the Consumer Goods industry calling on Retail stores in Grocery, Drug or Mass
Certificates relevant to the health food industry an asset
Awareness, passion and enthusiasm for organic food a must
Established network of contacts within the health food industry an asset
Highly passionate and energetic communicator able to share and transmit Company’s principles and values
Exceptional public speaking and presentation capability
Autonomous and reliable self-motivator with excellent time management skills
Expertise in relationship building, custr service and problem solving
Ability to multitask and handle a portfolio of projects from inception to delivery
Working knowledge using Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office products
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
