We are a B2B marketing communications team continuously innovating on how to reach our target audiences leveraging digital media.

With your expertise and creativity, you will help the team improve paid media ROI, from increasing SEM efficiency to pushing the limits of programmatic marketing.

As the team subject matter expert on how to optimize our digital advertising budgets, you will advise and coach our campaign managers on how we can leverage the latest techniques to beat our objectives and competitors.

To ensure flawless execution and continuous optimization, you'll will work closely with our external agencies and internal partners, and assist in keeping track of conversions and outcomes.

Striking the perfect balance between achieving short term results and thinking of future opportunities, you'll make the whole team shine brighter.

Here's how...

  • Maintain a high-level view of our paid media portfolio and performance, as well as deep, granular views of all its tactics
  • Develop and articulate strategies leveraging your expertise that will contribute to reaching our business objectives
  • Support campaign managers in developing, presenting and implementing tactics to achieve specific campaign outcomes using paid media
  • Manage our SEM strategy, operations and budgets, working closely with internal stakeholders and our advertising agency
  • Assist in implementing and improving end to end performance reporting, from ad impressions to closed deals
  • Foster internal relationships with peers with similar responsibilities to share best practices and resources
  • Maintain and grow expertise on all things SEM, DBM, GDN, programmatic marketing, retargeting, paid content promotion and social media
  • Qualifications

    You're the missing piece of the puzzle...

  • University degree in Communications, Marketing, e-Commerce, IT or any other discipline judged pertinent
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital advertising (creative, production, media) including programmatic, banners, native advertising, SEM, social media, retargeting
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Very close attention to detail
  • Expert in Google Adwords, as well as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
  • Experience managing several projects simultaneously, and good stress management
  • Fluency in English (oral and written) is required; knowledge of French is an asset
  • Great-to-haves...

  • Experience in an advertising agency, media agency or communications and marketing department
  • Knowledge of the B2B market and / or the telecommunications market
  • Google certifications
