Our Omni-channel customer experience allows men to order their made to measure shirts and suits online, via mobile or in-

person at one of our 27 showrooms throughout North America.We have architected and developed this innovative experience using our own in-house technology platform.

This role will manage and drive the Project Management Office to ensure consistent and successful coordination and implementation of projects and programs.

The Director, PMO will be responsible for leading, managing and ensuring executional excellence for PMO team. This team is responsible for :

Project managing the delivery of solutions and driving project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines

  • Working in collaboration with cross functional teams across the organization
  • Managing project timelines and project costs, including forecasting of spend
  • Providing timely and accurate project reporting status and action items to resolve any issues impacting the project timelines

  • Centrally manage Digital programs and projects to ensure all are delivered with excellence according to project timelines
  • Establish, implement and maintain standardized processes for project management, includingAdherence to PMI methodology and processesDesign and build of required tools and templatesClarity of definition of timelines and activitiesRisk analysis and managementPerformance measurement (project success factors, progress tracking and end-
  • state reporting)Communication standardsCost tracking and forecasting

  • Engage, lead, mentor and develop a PMO team.Hold team accountable for deliveryProvide operational day to day support and engagement on individual projectsManage team priorities and workloadHandle escalations and engage and expedite issue resolutionPerform skills gap evaluation and continuously build up PM competencies and ensure team development
  • Facilitate methodologies for project management and reporting, including : Maintenance of project dashboards, with clear and concise project status
  • Communication of status updates and escalations to senior leaders, including contributions to preparation of decks, as related to the projects and active participation in meetings.
  • Drive continuous improvement on the team via experience, knowledge transfer, knowledge repository and process improvements.
  • Build relationships with Product Owners, Technical Leads and other key stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery.

  • Retail Omni-channel, direct to consumer experience an asset
  • PMP certification and formal project management training a must
  • Agile certification or experience an asset
  • Minimum 5 years project management experience
  • Results driven, with ability to provide leadership and direction towards accomplishing goals and taking ownership and responsibility for execution
  • Highly motivated, self-directed and able to deliver results under pressure, when managing multiple deadlines
  • Ability to support and monitor multiple functions and prioritize key work
  • Detail oriented and quality focused
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver professional documents and presentations in clear, concise way
  • Proven ability to impact, influence and interact within various levels of an organization to achieve desired outcomes through building effective relationships
  • Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, matrixed environment and able to deal with ambiguity
