  • Plays a key and direct role in all ongoing on-boarding / change projects, including facilitating meetings, taking minutes, and keeping to timelines.
  • Ensure delivery of a consistently superior customer service experience as a group on-boards or changes their existing method of electronic member enrolment.
  • Creates projects plans using project management methodology and materials under the direction of the team manager.
  • Provides regular communication to the Group Administration and Enrolment Management Team regarding status of ongoing projects.
  • Coordinates client experience resolution of Electronic Administration issues by involving Group Sales, IT, the external client, and potentially other departments to seek a solution.
  • Able to keep a project timelines in the forefront of all involved and alert stakeholders when milestones are not being met.
  • Under the direction of the team manager, works closely with project teams to identify and manage any required system changes.
  • Builds and maintains effective working relationships with internal / external customers and coworkers.
  • Represents Group Administration in various corporate working groups and projects.
  • Available for external client presentations on the subject of Electronic Administration of member data.

  • A post secondary degree, diploma or prior experience would be an asset.
  • Minimum of three years experience in a corporate environment.
  • Project Management experience required.
  • Experience in creation or enhancement of project materials / methodology would be conidered a strong asset.
  • Proven experience in providing exceptional customer experience.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills including conflict resolution.
  • Outstanding communication skills listening, written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented, organized and resourceful.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, prioritize and manage multiple tasks, projects and deadlines, all without jeopardizing quality.
  • Self motivated and flexible.
  • Strong planning and problem-solving skills.
  • Attitude and approach of willingness to learn.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft office.
  • Strong networking and relationship skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Alberta Blue Cross plans, benefits, contracts, systems and processes would be an asset.
