As the Market Manager on the New Capabilities Marketing Team, you will drive targeted consumer loading and retention campaigns for TELUS Home Security.

These are focused by tier, segment and value proposition, including : high-value, second residence, multi-cultural, seniors, and Multi-

Dwelling Unit (MDU) / Developer offers. You will have continued focus on the evolution of the go-to-market strategy to achieve quarterly loading and retention targets.

You would be creating, executing, reporting and summarizing loading and retention campaigns, finding innovative, new ways of positioning our Future Friendly Home (FFH), Mobility & Security products together in these key markets.

Working across several key stakeholder groups will put you in the driver's seat to connect teams on this exciting new portfolio.

These teams include Home Solutions, Brand & Experience, Connected Home-Security, Products & Services, Consumer Health, Channels, Customer Service Delivery, Customer Experience, Corporate Development and Marketing Communications,

Here's what you'll do in this role :

  • Lead pilot loading initiatives in within target markets and tiers, including customer referral campaigns, direct mail welcome campaigns, channel activation pilots, customer delighters, surveys, direct response and community investment
  • Develop business cases with respect to specific offer approaches within a unique market or activation
  • Formulate key performance indicators for numerous loading, Likelihood to Recommend (L2R) and churn reduction initiatives and analyzing key data inputs to measure success
  • Communicate successes and opportunities at a regular cadence with all stakeholders
  • Embrace new opportunities on the team
  • Qualifications

  • Exemplary presentation and storytelling abilities; able to craft clear, concise and compelling messages within a story
  • Proven ability to work in self-directed environments with the ability to effectively manage ambiguity and change
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively engage stakeholders to establish cross functional alignment for projects & initiatives
  • Great-to-have

  • Experience driving exciting go-to-market and consumer marketing activities with developed project and campaign management expertise
