Mosaic Sales Solutions Canada is a Sales and Merchandising, and Experiential Marketing agency that utilizes our considerable expertise, proven best practices and leading-

edge technology to execute brand relevant selling, merchandising and event marketing programs across all retail channels and business-to-business.

As a Client Service Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of all business requirements for your assigned account and selling in business to new and existing clients.

This role requires an organized and energetic individual who can learn quickly and demonstrate the following skills and requirements :

  • Proven ability to develop positive & productive working relationships
  • Strong analytical aptitude with the ability to understand and analyze data, create reports, identify opportunities and develop plans & recommendations
  • Deliver on weekly & monthly reporting deadlines
  • Equip the field team with all elements required to deliver flawless execution of account priorities
  • Ability to coordinate tasks with internal departments while maintaining ownership for overall results
  • Able to thrive in a matrix environment, managing numerous stakeholders
  • Professional business acumen with solid communication skills both written and verbal
  • Passion for client service and exceeding expectations with a proactive approach
  • Flexible & adaptable, thriving in a fast paced environment with meticulous follow up
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to prioritize, problem solve and multi-task
  • Highly adaptable; Ability to handle high stress situations and utilize problem solving techniques to find the best solutions
  • Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Client or Account Management
  • College diploma or University degree
  • Proven success in developing and leading an Account or Client with an innovative approach
  • Experience and understanding of merchandising and sales at retail - Grocery / Mass / Drug
  • Previous project management and data analysis / reporting experience
  • Success in meeting performance goals with a burning desire to be the best
