Or experience developing and maintaining a system to classify, store and facilitate the retrieval of records / documents.
EX5. Experience performing independent research gathering information from various sources, and summarizing findings and drawing recommendations.
Or experience in assessing information management or records management client requirements and proposing options and recommending solutions.
