The Role : Working within a highly confidential and professional environment, duties will include :

  • Provide direction and organization in terms of workflow to a small team
  • Tracking the progress and completion of projects, tracking client deadlines and billings
  • Preparing and editing financial reports and communications as requested
  • Provide support to manager’s and partners
  • Supporting leadership with the day to day management of schedules
  • Supporting leadership with composing & producing routine correspondence
  • Providing additional day to day administrative support as required
  • The Ideal Candidate :

  • Minimum 5-7 years of professional office experience in an Administrative Management role
  • A relevant post-secondary degree or diploma (or equivalent qualifications)
  • Canadian Securities License
  • Experience working in a wealth management environment is an advantage
  • Strong understanding of confidentiality
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Competence in using all facets of Microsoft Office
  • Highly dependable and trustworthy and able to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines
