40% of daily tasks are Test Center Manager responsibilities
Responsible for a small staff of Test Administrators, which includes :
Training, coaching, performance management and retention of employees
Interviewing and hiring new employees
Scheduling - insuring at least two Test Administrators are always scheduled during business hours
Being available for operational issues when not scheduled
60% of daily tasks are Test Administrator responsibilities :
Comply with all testing procedures and strictly adhere to company policies using careful judgment
Check in testing candidates, verify identification, and explain the exam process
Proctor / invigilate candidates while testing
Troubleshoot with internal departments to fix technical issues
Complete light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming and sanitizing keyboards after each candidate has finished their examination
Our ideal candidate demonstrates flexibility and teamwork, with availability to work a variety of shifts any day - Monday through Saturday -
between the hours of 7 am and 8 pm. There may be occasions where the test center will be open until 10 pm. The test center is open approximately 2 Saturdays per month.
This position is a part time role, average 8-18 hours per week with an expectation to work more hours if needed.
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience preferred.
Minimum of 1 year customer service experience is required. One year supervision experience in customer service is highly preferred.
Highly desire experience in managing a team of people.
Team leading and training skills, and experience proctoring / invigilating are strongly preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills are a must.
Ability to efficiently complete all tasks in a timely manner with good composure.
Comfortable working with computer equipment and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work in a quiet, focused environmenthaving the ability hear soft voices and be able to see small details at a distance.
Ability to bend, stoop and lift up to 20 lbs or with reasonable accommodation.
