Summary

Reporting to the IT HRD, the international talent manager pilots and develops talent management for all IT collaborators (850 employees in 12 countries).

The incumbent will join a growth structure that s / he will configure to respond to current and future activity-related issues.

The manager implements effective management tools and identifies initiatives to help Ubisoft position itself according to the tech industry’s highest standards.

S / he will also lead an international recruitment network and collaborate with the HR groups involved in IT team management around the world.

Mission

The main and routine tasks of the international talent manager are to :

  • Set out the world IT talent management roadmap
  • Lead cross-cutting projects focused on talent management (key people, succession planning, expert management, career committee) and talent acquisition (graduate program, IT employer branding, candidate experience, workforce planning)
  • Support local teams in their talent management issues (retention, evolution, recognition, etc.)
  • Ensure the global recruitment plan is in line with our means
  • Work in close collaboration with IT directors to recruit key skills (market mapping, direct approach, presence at conferences, etc.)
  • Monitor best practices in the tech industry and evolve our work methods
  • Lead our network of international recruiters (knowledge management, cross-cutting projects, international collaborations, KPIs, etc.)
  • Contribute to cross-cutting projects
  • Carry out all related tasks
  • Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or industrial relations or equivalent
  • Experience

  • Minimum seven (7) years’ relevant experience in human resources including at least four (4) years’ in talent acquisition and management or relevant experience
  • Work experience in an international context
  • Skills

  • Excellent organization skills and ability to solve problems in a timely manner
  • Analytical skills
  • Results focus and high standards for his / her own work and group projects
  • Ability to lead complex projects in a decentralized collaborative setting
  • Genuine interest in entertainment, media and high-tech sector stakeholders
  • Knowledge

  • Bilingualism (French-English)
