Position Description :
CaseBank Technologies Inc., a Division of ATP, develops innovative software solutions for troubleshooting and identifying recurring defects on aircraft and other complex equipment.
Using case-based reasoning, natural language processing and machine learning, CaseBank’s systems accelerate and improve the accuracy of operations, service and support decisions.
The Senior Product Manager (PM) plays a key role in the formation of products and services within CaseBank and collaborates with user experience designers, engineering, customers, sales, and marketing in a cross-
functional team to grow existing products (SpotLight and ChronicX) while delivering new ones. The PM is passionate about engaging user experiences, features and products that delight customers, drive revenue, and increase customer usage and loyalty.
Key responsibilities :
Required Skills, Experience, and Abilities
Bachelor’s Degree or advanced degree
Experience working in general aviation, business aviation, aerospace, or maintenance industry and the products and services that are successful in the industry
3+ year’s experience managing a software product :
design, build, release, go-to-market, especially software as a service
Experience working in a fast-paced, Agile environment with multiple personality types in time and place-shifted locations
Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills is a must
Travel is required periodically
