We currently have an opportunity for a Regular Full Time Support Administrator in the MyChart PHR Program

Summary of Duties :

SB’s MyChart PHR Client Support Desk

  • User support and attention to client experience - in-person, support line, email communication, train, demo
  • Triage, resolve, escalate, account set-up, access, incident logs, report, etc.
  • Team coverage
  • Liaise with next level support to resolve support issues
  • Respond to daily service desk requests, communications, bring forward accordingly
  • Data reporting, stats / performance (daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports)
  • Prepare promotional material
  • Adoption demo, train, communicate, review daily stats / report, summarize
  • Maintain patient / client confidentiality and enforce privacy policies
  • Administrative Support

  • Provide coverage as required
  • Prepare correspondence, general office procedures, filing, presentations
  • Maintain filing system
  • Collaborate with team members, plan related activities, presentations
  • Attend / support team meetings as required
  • Qualifications / Skills :

  • College diploma in an administrative / health related discipline
  • Strong communicator and writing skills, ability to provide on demand support / training
  • Related experience in a hospital environment.
  • Experience / related experience in a health care support desk environment
  • Experience within a Health Records Department and release of information support environment
  • Familiar with Personal Health Information Privacy & Security related acts & guidelines

  • Experience with hospital registration systems and registration process
  • Advanced computer skills in Windows environment using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proven ability to respond effectively in stressful situations
  • Demonstrates initiative by identifying problems or areas needing improvement and offering solutions
  • Demonstrated sound judgment and diplomacy
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and maintain good public relations with physicians, patients and other hospital staff
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Effective time management, and resource management skills; able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and be self-directed
  • Proven ability to multi-task, set priorities and problem solve
  • Keyboarding at 50 w.p.m.
