  • Responsible to coordinate repair optimization on a short, mid and long term basis
  • Evaluate WESCAM Service Provider capacity and adjust loading accordingly
  • Responsible for bi-weekly Repair Center status meetings and maintain on-going status report.
  • Report Service Center RTAT overall and as per Customer contractual obligations
  • Follow up daily to maintain the flow in the shops
  • Immediate follow up on action items is required
  • Prepare and review status reports to WESCAM.
  • Coordinate and validate metric date for reporting
  • Participate in Service Center Provider improvement activities
  • Lead the development and implementation of key performance indicators for Repair Center Management
  • Skills Required

  • Superior oral and written communication skills with a focus on customer service
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and effectively balance priorities
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite with emphasis on Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI or other business intelligence / dashboard tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of internal and external customers in all situations
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and effectively balance priorities to meet deadlines
  • Understanding of customer repair processes and repair requirements
  • Able to effectively manage high volume workloads
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Able to work independently with little supervision
  • Quick to learn computer applications
  • Have an understanding of product engineering documents, including bills of materials and product structure
  • Proficient in PLM and ERP systems
  • Skilled facilitator that is able to bring various external and internal personnel together in a cohesive and highly engaged team
  • Experience & Education Requirements

  • Minimum five (5) years customer service experience with a focus on logistics and / or repair management
  • PMP or Green Belt an asset
  • Knowledge of ISO9000 / AS9100 standards is an asset
