Acting as a change agent, the Administration Clerk is responsible for day-to-day administrative responsibilities. Directly reports to the Executive Assistant.
Compiles and maintains records of overall business transactions and office activities
Perform clerical duties and utilizing systems to input and to generate data to support departments
Orders and replenishing merchandises and ensure the overall satisfaction of the office environment
Opens and route incoming calls accurately and prepares outgoing mails
Photocopy, scan and print documents whenever necessary
May greet and assist visitors from time to time
May be asked to operate computer terminal to input and verify data
Operates office machines, such as printer, scanner and various software
Prepare invoices, bills, statements, and cheques to vendors and / or clients
Diffuse complaints and to proactively resolve issues over the phone and in-person
At least 3+ years of prior experience in at least one of the following core areas : call centre, customer service, and administration roles
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Good math skills with the ability to perform basic calculations quickly
Strong organizational and time management skills
Good understanding of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Strong computer operating skills
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
