The BTO (Business Transformation and Operations) PMO team works with our internal clients to help solve complex issues, realize their most promising opportunities, and deliver real results.

With a focus on large-scale transformational programs, you will collaborate with a broad spectrum of leaders to deliver on our most impactful programs.

In this role, YOU will have the opportunity to deliver projects across multiple application areas that provide critical services to our customers.

Here's how

  • Plan and manage strategic projects and / or programs from original concept through to final implementation, to drive transformational change and improvements across BTO
  • Define program scope, deliverables, and high-quality project plans, consistently adhering to predefined quality measurements to meet business objectives
  • Leading programs with a strong focus effective organizational change management practices to successfully implement and sustain change
  • Interface with project and / or program stakeholders and sponsors, to maintain executive support, remove obstacles, and resolve conflicts
  • Identifying and securing project / program resources (funding, resources, skills, etc.)
  • Identify, manage, and resolve project / program issues and risks
  • Support the development and ongoing sustainment of an effective program management practice within BTO
  • Identify opportunities to improve BTO performance, and develop the best practices and metrics required to support transformational initiatives
  • Lead, mentor and develop the business and technical team members engaged in your initiatives
  • Qualifications

    You're the missing piece of the puzzle

  • Post-secondary degree and / or 2-5 years’ equivalent experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification will be strongly desired
  • Project Management / PMP courses will be considered an asset
  • Technology training / certifications will be considered an asset
  • Ability to successfully plan and deliver projects in order to meet business requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with various levels of management and cross functional teams
  • Intermediate interpersonal, communication, presentation and facilitation skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple activities while meeting deadlines
  • Great-to-haves

  • Intermediate knowledge of project management principles and agile delivery methodologies
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft (MS) Project and MS Office applications to produce project plans, presentations, charts, graphs, and pivot tables
  • Solid SAP knowledge including a strong application in developing and managing project capital expenditures (CAPEX) & operating expenses (OPEX) budgets
