We work hard and play hard. We're about doing what's right, and feeling good about it. Our team is currently seeking a highly motivated and career minded individual to join our Insurance team as a Regional Supervisor.

In this role, you will be working on things like :

  • Developing and reporting on agent and team productivity providing monthly reports to management outlining challenges, opportunities and results for agent / location
  • Accountable for the overall performance of a Regional Insurance team in various stores within the Region. Key performance indicators include customer satisfaction and NPS targets, call quality, new business sales, underwriting quality and retention.
  • Manage all areas relating to staffing and associate performance including, recruiting, coaching, performance management, conflict resolution, setting objectives, rewards and recognition, scheduling, training and evaluation, in both a unionized and a non-unionized environment.
  • Coaching and mentoring staff to become ambassadors that model and exemplify the core values of the organization.
  • Accountable for fostering positive and productive relationships with direct reports, senior management, key stakeholders and business partners to drive results.
  • Ensure compliance to corporate policies (audit, health & safety), industry standards, collective agreement and legal regulations including licensing.
  • Accountable for team expense management including budgeting and performance to budget.
  • Building and maintaining effective business relationships with agents and store managers leading to enhanced business results and increased customer satisfaction and business targets
  • Job Requirements

    The successful candidate will hold a Post-Secondary education and a valid OTL license coupled with at least 5 years of strong insurance leadership experience.

    Your strong leadership skills coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills will allow you to motivate and engage others.
