To support our aggressive growth plans the Cintas Team is looking for Route Sales Representatives (RSRs) to manage and grow customer accounts for our London location : 15911 Robins Hill Road, London, ON
WHAT IS THE ROLE?
This is a service / sales oriented position requiring the employee to establish, maintain and build strong customer relationships through responsive / creative sales and service strategies.
RSRs are the face of Cintas. Their goal is simple : take care of the customer and their needs.
Manage an established route, servicing and selling a variety of products to an existing customer base.
Physical, fast-paced, indoor / outdoor position in which the RSR delivers and picks up uniforms, mats, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other rental items.
Grow our existing customer base by up selling and cross-selling additional products and service solutions.
Negotiate service agreement renewals, and manage inventory while working professionally, safely, and complying with applicable Provincial motor vehicle regulations.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL?
A successful RSR is confident, outgoing and enjoys interacting with people.
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position lifting up to 70lbs.
Valid G Driver’s License.
High School diploma or GED (preferred).
Ability to demonstrate a strong customer service orientation.
Self-motivated and driven to work in an environment that relies on both independent and team work to meet goals.
