What is the opportunity?

Senior Business Analyst role within the global RBC I&TS Business Analysts Team. You will be responsible for business analysis activities on medium to large size enhancements / projects impacting Custody and / or Private Capital Services business domains.

What will you do?

  • Execution of all aspects of requirements delivery- planning, elicitation, analysis and documentation, management, and support -
  • for changes to Business Areas and Technology.

  • Assist the business to express their needs
  • Apply advanced elicitation techniques to work with different types of stakeholder groups
  • Translate business needs into requirements and provide functional solution design using enterprise standard requirements methodology
  • Support Developers during build phase
  • Support QA during testing phase
  • Must-have

  • Business Analysis Planning stakeholder analysis, estimate requirements, manage risks, assumptions & constraints, define business analysis approach, lead requirements activities to drive business priorities
  • Requirements Analysis & Documentation facilitate, elicit, analyze, document, communicate
  • Requirements Management & Support- manage process from elicitation through to testing & implementation and across projects / programs
  • Leadership & Management provide guidance and support to team members, manage business stakeholder involvement, forecast BA needs and manage allocations, build relationships internally and externally to create an environment of cooperation, collaboration and teamwork.
  • Nice-to-have

  • High understanding of Global Custody products / Cash & Liquidity / business knowledge (Trade / Securities / Cash Processing / cash reconciliation / cash liquidity management)
  • Business Analysis Certification (BABOK, CBAP, PMI PBA )
