Salary : $35,000 - $36,000

Our client, is a leader in their industry. Due to increased volumes of business, they are looking for a talented Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to add to their growing team.

Responsibilities :

  • Handling a high volume of incoming calls from customers yet maintaining a professional standard of customer service.
  • Bank Deposits / Run mail.
  • Adding customer details into company server / database for payment purposes.
  • Providing statements for clients from company server / database.
  • Follow up on all correspondence (e-mail / phone).
  • Purchase supplies.
  • Maintain Lunchroom.
  • Various other administrative duties.
  • Qualifications :

  • You must be fluently bilingual (English / French).
  • 1 year of administrative and / or reception experience.
  • Be able to handle a high call volume.
  • Professional telephone manner.
  • Great people person .
  • Post-secondary.
