General Information on the Position
Provides technical support for employees working in sales with respect to client care services and administrative procedures.
Collects the information necessary to prepare contracts and set up plans, as well as assuring the quality of the required information input and the resulting output.
Participates, where applicable, in finalist meetings to acquire and implement products or services sold.
Carries out quality control by ensuring that all documents for setting up or amending contracts meet the organizations quality requirements.
Handles the implementation of new business with the policy owner and provides training to the identified persons at the policy owner's on all aspects of the workings of their plans.
College diploma in a related field
3 years of relevant experience
Valid drivers licence and vehicle is required
