We are looking for a qualified Senior SharePoint Administrator in the Toronto area. The administrator will work in a team environment to support business solutions and maintain SharePoint Portals.
Sharepoint Admin - Job Description
Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with existing SharePoint applications and sites.
Providing end user support to troubleshoot production issues related to customizations.
Familiarity with SharePoint 2007, 2010, 2013 and later.
Ability to configure and deploy : Team sites, My sites and workflows.
Sharepoint Admin Mandatory Skills
Minimum of 7 years’ experience with SharePoint Administration, Portal / Collaboration, Content Management and Application support with Microsoft technologies.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other related field.
Relevant Microsoft certifications and / or training
Technical experience and knowledge of :
SPS / WSS / K2.NET / MCMS
C#.NET / ASP.NET
CSS / HTML / XHTML / DHTML
SQL / SQL Server
Web Services .NET Frameworks
XML / InfoPath / AD / SMTP
FrontPage, IIS, Windows Advanced Server (Microsoft’s Server Suite)
Experience in Portal administration, capacity planning and system integration using Microsoft technologies
Experience with Internet / Intranet and Collaboration technologies
Excellent written and verbal communications
Excellent time management, customer service and organizational skills
Experience with an enterprise ticketing system : Remedy or ServiceNow
Able to work independently and with a team
