About the Role

As a Database Management Partner, you will be based out of India and will be responsible for organizing, updating, maintaining candidate information in the Candidate Applicant Tracking System and source right candidates through database search.

Full training will be provided.

Job responsibilities :

  • Manually updating records in the ATS, of new and existing candidates on daily basis to ensure all the mandatory field information is complete as per defined data entry rules.
  • Running search using keywords, Boolean etc. to source the right candidates from internal database, Job boards, and professional networks as per job requirements given by the recruiter.
  • Searching and downloading relevant candidate resumes from job portals and parsing them in the Internal ATS.
  • Source / headhunt active and passive candidates on Linkedin using In-mails and passing on leads to recruiter.
  • Send out mass emails through the ATS system asking candidates for latest resume for the purpose of updating records and / or to promote a job opening and invite job applications etc.
  • Identify and discuss with recruiter any challenges / shortcomings in the ATS system and ways to improve the overall ATS functionality.
  • Understanding the HR Skills Matrix and updating the respective skills for each candidate as per the HR Skills Matrix.
  • Develop automatic templates for the internal ATS together with the recruiter.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
  • Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
  • Previous hands on experience in working on a Candidate Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Experience on ZOHO ATS will be an asset.
  • Superior data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Good understanding corporate business functions and skills and roles that fall under these functions.
  • Ability to update and maintain large quantity of data on an on-going basis.
  • Strong skills in sourcing right candidates by searching database using Boolean, keywords, functional skills.
  • Based in India with ability and infrastructurelike computer / laptop and a fast and stable internet connection to work from home.
