The Home Solutions Lifecycle Marketing team is a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative team responsible for Lifecycle Programs, Base Management, and Customer Value Analysis.

We lead strategic programs to build world class customer value & engagement.

We are looking for an energetic, motivated individual to lead this highly visible program. If you have strong strategic & analytic skills, project management and business planning, this could be the right opportunity for you.

Here's how

  • Execute re-contracting offer strategy, including mass offers and test & learn streams
  • Analyze existing performance and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
  • Leverage customer insights and customer base analysis to improve re-contracting outcomes
  • Support the execution of various retention-focused campaigns
  • Qualifications

    You're the missing piece of the puzzle

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, marketing analytics, customer base management, and / or a strategic planning role, preferably in the telecommunications industry
  • Strong quantitative analytics and problem solving skills including business case and financial assessment skills
  • Experience using analytic tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau, etc.) and ability to provide frameworks for others to provide meaningful insight
  • An entrepreneurial spirit which will drive passionate ownership, and responsibility for the business
  • Experience leading and facilitating cross functional teams
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and initiatives in the portfolio and work within an environment of rapid change
  • Excellent relationship management and collaboration skills including the ability to collaborate effectively in situations without formal influence & across geographies
  • Strong presentation and communication skills (with experience interacting with senior leaders in a large organization)
  • Strong bias to action with the ability to work independently to produce the required results
  • Bachelor of Commerce or similar post-secondary degree with a business / marketing emphasis
  • Great-to-haves

  • Background in wireline products (IPTV, high-speed internet, home phone) will be considered an asset
