Career Opportunity : Service Manager Peterbilt of Sudbury
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be accountable for :
Leading a high performing, collaborative service department that achieves long term, consistent growth
Managing service department processes to achieve the highest customer satisfaction level by providing excellent customer service
Managing the day to day operations, recognizing what is in the best interests of the department, company and customers;
making decisions accordingly
Coordinating work flow through the shop and on the road; ensuring work is completed efficiently and on time
Managing work orders and warranties
Employee satisfaction including directing & monitoring development
The Ideal candidate will have :
Previous experience in an equipment dealership service operations, preferably in heavy equipment industry
Exceptional customer service skills as well as dynamic and inspiring leadership skills
Previous supervisory experience will be asset
Bilingual (French & English) skills will be an added bonus
