Kwantlen Polytechnic University (KPU) has an exciting opportunity for you to join the Office of Alumni Affairs in the role of Alumni Affairs Assistant.
Reporting to the Manager, Alumni Affairs / Executive Director KPU Alumni Association the assistant will join a growing team and be responsible for assisting with the programming of the Office of Alumni Affairs and support the development of Alumni Relations at KPU.
This position plays a key role in supporting the development of a passionate, connected community of KPU Alumni. The assistant uses his / her extensive organizational skills and knowledge of working within a post-
secondary framework and with volunteers boards to support alumni engagement at KPU. This part-time position is located primarily on the Langley campus with some travel between campuses for meetings and events.
Serving as an ambassador, with a positive people first attitude, the Assistant Alumni Affairs has a keen eye for detail and is key to the smooth functioning of the office of Alumni Affairs and the work of the KPU Alumni Association board of directors.
You will support a collaborative environment with colleagues in the University’s Faculties and administrative divisions.
